Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution of any digital asset found on this platform is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under international copyright laws.

You are prohibited from engaging in any behavior that compromises the technical integrity of our systems, including unauthorized data harvesting, vulnerability testing, or the transmission of malicious software.

05Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

AmisysX provides its digital services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, data inaccuracies, or errors in software delivered, beyond the scope defined in specific project-level Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Our platforms may integrate with or link to third-party services. AmisysX does not assume responsibility for the performance, privacy protocols, or content of external providers. Your interaction with third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

07Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
